There are currently four Musical Directors – Mark Cardy, Paul Harris, Ian Morrish and Jane Hopper. The Musical Directors are assisted by Musical Tutors,John Martin (percussion), Samantha Haddingham (woodwind), Judy Freeman (brass and percussion), Elizabeth Barker (percussion) and Michael Wilson (woodwind).

The orchestra also operates a tutor programme for those wishing to learn a brass instrument. Tuition is under the guidance of Jeremy Morrish.
